So I can't really focus on one exercise plan for long...I tend to jump around a lot. I followed INSANITY for about 3 1/2 weeks but lost focus when I went on a week long vacation. So now I'm onto LiveFit 12 week trainer by Jamie Eason.

Jamie is completely beautiful, cute, sexy and crazy strong - an amazing fitness role model. I'm in the middle of Phase 1, week 3 and I love it so far. Although one strange thing to note is that there is no cardio in her program during Phase I.
I'll keep you guys updated with my progress. :)
